Custom Shock Absorbers

Emulsion type stereo shock absorbers, i.e. a technology where oil and gas are mixed and not separated by a piston. All versions feature a mechanical spring preload adjuster.

Montotube high pressure gas type shock with Piggyback reservoir for improved cooling with resulting consistent damping performance and long service life. Compression and rebound adjusters can be operated with the included tool.

Monotube high pressure gas type shock absorbers with internal reservoir in the main body. Adjustable rebound damping by means of an adjuster wheel above the end eye. Length is adjustable by ±5 mm.

Nitrogen pressurized mono-chamber type shocks with floating oil/gas separating piston. This internal hydraulic system improves riding comfort and vehicle control. The rebound adjustment range provides excellent performance in every riding condition , e.g. rider only or fully loaded.
The shock body is made from high resistance steel alloy and its heads are CNC-machined from billet aluminium.
Adjustments:
Spring preload - stepless, with adjusting collar, Rebound - stepless, with adjusting knob ,
Each pair of shocks comes with a specific setting for the respective motorcycle model.

Shock absorbers with separate compensation tank, filled with pressurized gas (Nitrogen). This feature improves the vehicle control at all levels of sport riding. Thanks to various possible adjustments you can tune the shocks according to your riding preferences.

The stock-like appearance make these shocks an ideal replacement for the OEM equipment. They feature high technology with precision ground, hard-chromed steel shafts, double walled steel bodies to protect the inner cylinder and 5-position spring pre-load adjustment. Besides the "Regular" line a large part of the shock selection is also offered in a Heavy Duty version. These shocks are recommended for riders that are 250 lbs or more or riding two up more than 50% of the time.

These shocks are developed for the 883 Sportster racing lineup. They of course promise distinctive handling improvements when installed on a street bike. The shocks are longer than stock for increased travel and ground clearance. Freon cell gas system is utilized for fade resistance and superior damping characteristics.
