Easy to use spring tester, which is designed to measure spring pressure for sorting springs, setting valve height and determining, if a spring is still servicable. May be used in a bench vise, arbor or hydraulic press. Works with any type of spring cylindrical or conical spring with OD no larger than 1.6” (= 40 mm). Cylinder and body are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum and teh steel spring plates and mandrel will provide years of service. Attached to the cylinder is 70 mm Ø precision pressure gauge with bar/psi indication, which is protected with a rubber boot, reducing shock to the gauge during handling and use.
